We have developed the capacity for running a virtual office to sit alongside our traditional recruitment model. This gives us the opportunity to offer flexibility of working environment for the individual no matter their motivation: The ability to match and beat the most determined fee discounters, maintain or even increase income even with lower revenue expectations, or just meet those lifestyle ambitions! And with more companies moving to PSL agreements, as an individual it is harder to keep your place.
HAIGH® have offered traditional specialist recruitment services since 1989: Predominantly within the Marketing Services and Communications sectors. Our reputation is based on quality of service to Clients and Candidates alike. We offer a range of services from database search, through retained search, to a range of bespoke services to meet the whole client life cycle up to Strategic Alliance.
Our latest innovation is the development of on-line resources and outsourced services to rival the big firms - but particularly suited to SME market. Uniquely we have just started offering outsourced recruitment services which removes the issue of Age Discrimination in the recruitment process.
How would it work for you?We run our virtual office alongside our traditional office - capitalising on existing resources. The difference is that the overhead for the virtual office is marginal compared to the traditional business model - this frees up a substantial proportion of the revenue for your income. So if for example your motivation is lifestyle, you have the ability to maintain your income based on a much lower level of revenue. If your motivation is income, then for a given revenue you would expect to earn considerably more.
So to whom might this opportunity appeal? Clearly the first place to start is that you must be in business in your own right or willing to be. The most synergy to be gained is from consultants established in related sectors to ours. However we are willing to consider any niche such as region, job function or vertical market: provided that the strategy fits with our own professional and ethical practice and the codes of practice to which we are signatories.
