Collections and Billing
Manager
To £60K + Bonus + Package
Our Client is well known name within the Utilities sector. After a period of
significant change within the last 12 months including the outsourcing of key
functions, our Client is looking for an experienced Billing and Collections
Senior Manager to embed continuous change within the billing, payments and
collections functions and ensure that the Voice of the Customer is put into the
heart of the operation. Managing through a team of Team Leads, the role holder
will invigorate performance and development, ensuring staff have the tools to
deliver exceptional Service. We're looking for someone who has a strong process
improvement mindset who will actively seek areas for improvement and deliver
results. The ideal candidate will have both Billing & Collections experience,
of the two Billing is the more desirable. Candidates will also have experience
of both B-B and B-C operations and have managed outsourced suppliers. Some
exposure to the Utilities sector would be fantastic but is not an essential.
