Our client is a Contact Centre Outsourcer delivering Call Centre services for a
Blue Chip client base with a number of sites in the UK. Working into an Account
Director, this is an exciting role managing both the operational team and
commercial relationship with a Publishing client. You will be responsible for
the overall management of the campaign as well as the performance and
development of the Team Leaders. In terms of who we are looking for - you'll
will have worked for a Contact Centre Outsourcer and have both Client and
Operational management experience working on either Sales or Service activity,
Hampshire. |
