Operations
Manager

Our client is a large, established Financial Services organisation with a
number of sites across the UK. They are looking to add to their Operational
Management team in the West Midlands and are looking for candidates from the
following backgrounds - Customer Services, Fraud, Resolutions, Correspondence
and Collections, Working within one of their large Contact Centre operations,
this role will involve heading up an operational area and managing through a
team of Team Managers. Role responsibilities include ensuring delivery of
SLA's, maximising results and analysing any potential areas of improvement. In
terms of who you are, you will be an experienced Manager with a contact centre
management background in the Banking Services sector (to include Credit Card
products as an essential). You will have led and developed large teams of
people and managed through a Team Management structure. Coventry.
