Team Manager -
Outbound
To £30K Basic + 20% Bonus
Our client is a large Contact Centre Outsourcer who specialise in Pan- European
outbound campaign activity. They are looking for an experienced Outbound Team
Manager who is used to working on both dedicated and campaign activity to join
their large Contact Centre in Uxbridge. Managing a team of multi-lingual
agents, the role includes the following:
Team leadership and setting of targets/KPI's
Review individual performance, monitoring any cause for concern and rectifying
through development and training
Motivating a team of differing abilities and creating personal development plans
Understand Client's requirements and proactively address campaign shortfalls
In terms of who we are looking for, you will be an experienced Outbound Team
Manager who understands lead development and appointment setting. A background
in B-B would be great and prior experience of working in a multi lingual
environment is desirable. We are not looking for candidates from inbound
Customer Services backgrounds, Our client is a global organisation who promote
